Say it isn't so. Chris Brown and Rihanna both skipped the 51st Annual Grammy Awards. But it isn't because the two are on a honeymoon. The couple has some serious drama that is making major headlines.

On Sunday evening, while the Grammys were going on, Chris Brown turned himself in to the Los Angeles Police department after sources reported that he was being investigated in an alleged battery against a woman. The woman's name, however, was not released to the public.

Chris Brown, who was in Los Angeles for the Grammy Awards, was allegedly in a vehicle with a female victim who claims that Chris Brown attacked her. Apparently, Brown and the victim were engaged in an argument, which escalated once the victim got out of the car. Rumors are circulating that the woman who was attacked is Rihanna, but that information has not yet been confirmed. Before the alleged incident, Chris Brown and Rihanna were both in attendance at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy party, together.

Both artists were scheduled to perform at the 2009 Grammy Awards, but did not even attend. Rihanna, who is nominated for Awards at the show was also a no show. Early Sunday evening, the Grammys released a statement saying that Rihanna would not be coming. "We have just been informed that Rihanna will not be attending the 51st Annual Grammy Awards. We're sorry she is unable to join us this evening."
